Wow my first bond fanart! OMG

So i'm doing a costume design scheme for the play Macbeth and have been looking for the guy to be my model!

Lo i was reading the recent bond edition of 'Empire' :worship: and a teeny, tiny picture of Mads Mikkelsen as 'Le Chiffre' appeared on the page...i am smitten, not with him personally but the picture itself...he is my muse, my macbeth, my Le Chiffre! And scarily menacing!

Pencil sketch scanned in and painted in paint shop pro 8...yes...you heard...8 dont laugh...8...seriously...8...*:cries: i dont own photoshop*

Didn't know whether this belonged in fanart books/novels, or tv/movies, but seeing it is the movie version of Le Chiffre i went for that!

and the award for best background in the world eva goes to moi! :bow:

this background, just a simple colour and put a floodlamp effect on it...eh voila! Piece of pish! :D

but i am surprised at how he came out...the reference picture in the mag was pathetically tiny! :giggle: *hugs teh big bad chiffre*

OMG I love this pic! Awesome work on the colouring! I think you've done great on his right hand, the one holding the knife. That arm's shadow and highlight is very very good!
=D And I think the background is fitting because it's such a simple background makes us viewers concentrate more on him -which is a good thing, right?
I love the thrilling feeling I get when I look at this pic :heart: Great work!

i tried to get the shadow to match the one on the pic *dont have a scan- i should scan it and put it in scraps i love it so much! :worship:*

I just love his right hand and glinting knife too- i saw the real pic and was just like "OMG I have to paint it!"
